Itinerary flexibility: The operator may re-route the itinerary or change accommodation to similar hotels/lodges when and where required
Victoria Falls viewpoints: The Zimbabwean side offers a greater number of spectacular viewing points. During the dry season (September–December), the eastern cataract on the Zambian side tends to dry up dramatically whilst the Zimbabwean side continues to provide amazing views
Cape Town event supplements: A supplement may apply for Cape Town accommodation over certain event dates, including Mining Indaba and Opening of Parliament in February, Easter in March/April, and AfricaCom and Oil Week in October/November – exact dates only available closer to the time
Table Mountain closure: The Table Mountain Cable Way closes for maintenance for a few weeks annually. Based on previous years, the expected closure normally takes place between 15 July and 1 September, but may start earlier or continue for longer
Luggage restriction: Luggage is restricted to 20kg or 44 lb (not including photographic equipment) per person in a soft, hold-all type bag
Fares for internal/regional flights: As quoted are subject to change and will be re-quoted at the time of booking request
Rate validity: Validity periods are as specified. Should a booking fall over two rate periods, the rate will change
