Upon arrival at O R Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg, you will be met by a Menzies Aviation representative, assisted with luggage collection and accompanied to the fastest available queues through customs and immigration (if you arrive or depart on an international flight). A “fast-track” service is not guaranteed, but your handler will be present to assist you every step of the way to ensure a seamless connection. You will then be assisted with check-in procedures for your onward flight.
Depart OR Tambo International Airport on your Airlink flight to Victoria Falls.
Upon arrival at Victoria Falls International Airport, you will make your own way through immigrations and luggage collection. As you exit the airport building you will be welcomed by an andBeyond representative and be driven by private vehicle to The Palm River Hotel.

You will be collected by an andBeyond representative from The Palm River Hotel and be driven by private vehicle to Kasane International Airport. Your transfer involves clearing customs and immigration formalities at both the Zimbabwe and Botswana border posts.
Upon arrival at Kasane International Airport you will be greeted by a member from the andBeyond team who will assist you onto a Mack Air scheduled light aircraft. From here, you and fellow guests will be flown to Nxabega Airstrip. Shared flights service a number of airstrips and may include multiple stops en route. The departure time from your lodge will be confirmed the day prior.

Enjoy a game drive to Nxabega Airstrip where a Mack Air light aircraft will be waiting to fly you, and fellow guests, to Maun International Airport. Shared flights service a number of airstrips and may include multiple stops en route. The departure time from your lodge will be confirmed the day prior.
Depart Maun International Airport on your Airlink flight to Cape Town International Airport.
Upon arrival at Cape Town International Airport, you will be met by a Menzies Aviation representative, assisted with luggage collection and accompanied to the fastest available queues through customs and immigration (if you arrive on an international flight). A “fast-track” service is not guaranteed, but your handler will be present to assist you every step of the way to ensure a seamless arrivals experience. You will then be assisted into the arrivals hall where you will be met by a member from our andBeyond team who will drive you to Queen Victoria Hotel. As you drive toward the city, your view from afar will be Table Mountain, one of the most spiritual places on earth, with its heart, two oceans and the beautiful city of Cape Town at its feet.

The Victoria Falls can be viewed from both Zimbabwe and Zambia. The Zimbabwean side offers a greater number of spectacular viewing points. During the dry season, between September and December, the eastern cataract on the Zambian side of the falls tends to dry up dramatically whist the Zimbabwean side continues to provide amazing views
A supplement might apply for Cape Town accommodation over certain event dates (e.g. Mining Indaba and Opening of Parliament in February, Easter in March/April as well as AfricaCom and Oil Week in October/November) – exact dates only available closer to the time
The Table Mountain Cable Way closes for maintenance for a few weeks annually. At the time of finalising this itinerary, the exact dates had not been announced for 2026. Based on previous years, the expected closure normally takes place any time between 15 July and 1 September, but it might start earlier or continue for longer

Luggage is restricted to 20kg or 44 lb (not including photographic equipment) per person in a soft, hold-all type bag
