About Shaun.
I have been exploring the African bush since 2008, travelling extensively through South Africa's wild and varied landscapes — from the Drakensberg to the coastline, and across many of the country's national parks and private reserves. What began as a personal passion for the outdoors has grown into a deep, lived understanding of Africa's wilderness, shaped by experiencing it alongside my wife and children from the time they were infants.
Of all that South Africa offers, it is the bush that has captured my heart. Sharing it as a family has given me rare, practical insight into designing safaris that are both refined and deeply authentic.
I approach every itinerary with meticulous care and genuine enthusiasm — balancing authenticity, comfort, and the details that elevate an experience from memorable to exceptional.
